KL trip 010510 to 040510

Alright, the most budget overseas trip!!! 4days 3nights in KL and Dear dear and I only spent $400 Sing Dollar~~ Wow.. Amazing!!!! and that included Transport and Hotel stay. Woohoo~~ Had great fun there though the weather seems to be much hotter than Singapore but is my first trip out there and so is really a WOnderful experience!

Day 1

Met up with Kar Sng and KSIL at her house and KSIL's colleague Javier sent us over to airport~ As it was my 1st time taking a plane, i was SUPER DUPER excited!!!! I talk and talk all the way non stop saying how excited i was~

When we reach KL had little hiccups as we din print out the 2nd page of the itinerary, hence we got to queue up at some counter where only 2 are open to service with a long queue. Waiting for at least 20min to half an hour before we could move off to the bus and best part, the bus drive nv check that piece of paper. =.=|||

Then the bus sent us to KL central (KL Sentral) where we could change to train to Chow Kit where our hotel is located. We took the train down to Dang Wangi where we can change to monorail at Bukit Nanas station. Then to our SURPRISE, the monorail is down. So we have to take cab to the hotel. Up in a cab where meter dont run, we were OVERCHARGED yet tot the uncle very nice. Kar Sng's cab only cost RM9 plus, ours is RM15. Sian...

Up in the hotel we were quite disappointed because the hotel is way different from the Picture shown. Brisdale Hotel is NO NO for stay. Only cheap but no good~~~ Then we couldnt book how many days online so we tot we could just let them know at the counter. HAHA.. They say 4th fully booked. Till we got so fed up and start making noise, then they say upon full payment they can extend it for us. WTH... $_$ isn't it?

After a fast check in and throwing of bags into the room, we head off to Bukit Bintang where we have our lunch and SHOPPING STARTS and BB Plaza/Sungei Wang. Actually to me it just feels like another fareast plaza but 3times bigger? hahaa.. stuff there are cheap but not as nice as i tot it will be. One whole day and i couldn't find anything to buy. I ended up with a bikini bra that i wanted to get for so long le~

Then Bling got excited seeing A&W which Singapore used to have but now EXTINCT. so we went there for root beer float after some time in the SUN. Oh mister sun sun mister golden sun have some mercy for us~~~~

Next they went for dinner at those road side stalls and they had a feast man~~~ That marks the end of day 1 at almost 12am back in the room to bath and SLEEP.

Day 2

Rise and Shine at 9am planning to meet 930am at the hotel's breakfast ball room. Then that breakfast just turn them off and even the drinks cannot make it. So we made it a fast one and head out to Mid Valley Mega Mall... Monorail down to KL Central then change to another train. The weather was so hot!!! Mega Mall is indeed MEGA. Went to Secret Recipe and is same price at different Currency!!! The place is realy BIG, But is more ups.. so things there also at normal rate. I found a nice long sleeve cotton wear at RM27 at FOS. Tried, NIce and In my Bag. hehee...

Then we head to Petaling Street at Pasar Sini where it looks EXACTLY like chinatown in Singapore. A place where u can BARGAIN all the way. Didn't really stay long there as all they have there are the imitations of branded goods.

After which we head off to Berjaya Times Square where it is like 10 levels of shopping places??? Food court at level 10?? Scary right??? wahahhaa...but the things there more or less the same. Had some food and went off. Kar Sng and all went to the roadside stall somewhere near to eat Lok Lok which is sticks of food that they boil it or deep fry it with the sauce provided just EAT. Looks interesting and should be nice to eat in cold weather.

After dinner wanted to go to pub to see see look look, don't look fantastic and equally expensive like Singapore. They bought some beer and munchy stuff back to hotel to drink n chill and played GAMES. So fun!!!

Day 3

Suppose to start at 830am cause we have to reach KL Central by 10am to catch the bus up to Genting, 2 gals were so tired changed the timing to 11 and I DONT KNOW lousy KSIL nv tell me!!! sian.. so woke up early the nuah back again.

Reach KL central at about 12 and we only have 3pm bus ticket. THough many taxi tried to persuade us to take cab but it is really way too expensive compare to bus, so we took bus instead. Nuah in KL central till 3pm in coffee bean where Bling and KSIL took the chocolate poweder and did experiments there to make their perfect drink. So funny!!!

Then head up to Genting and took Cable car Up. SO EXCITING!! hahahaa... Scary at first coz of the side i was sitting at but gradually felt the FUN! heheee... KSIL was so excited in the cable car climb here and there to take photo~~~

Reached Genting went to take a look at the casino, look around then went to the indoor theme park area to have dinner. Soon without knowing, it is 8plus pm and we head off to see if there are still bus available. We able to catch the last bus at 9pm and down back to Titiwangsa and monorail back to hotel.

Day 4

Got to check out before 12noon, so we decided to have ample time to slowly rot around and head to KL LCCT. Therefore, we left the hotel at 10am and head off to KLCC. Is like KL suntec lor... Everything looks expensive so I din really shop around. Moreover dear dear not feeling that well in the stomach. So we just park ourselves at starbucks and nuah....

Till around 5pm we head back to KL central and changed to SKY Bus back to KL LCCT. 7.15pm we reached and checked in our luggage. That almost marked the end of the 4days trip. So looked forward to it and now it is in memories.

Had a GREAT time there though lots of walking and train taking but with FUN people there is FUN! Really love travelling and I make sure i get a good shoes next time to support my legs. Cause my feet now still aching!!! =P
